Rejoindre une équipe dynamique et jouer un rôle clé dans l’estimation, l’élaboration, la coordination et l’exécution de projets de construction ambitieux. Analyser les coûts, assurer un suivi rigoureux et contribuer au succès de chaque projet tout en ayant un impact direct sur leur réalisation. Prêt à relever le défi ?

TU SERAS RESPONSABLE DE… surtout d'avoir du fun au travail, mais aussi de :

  • Analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Effectuer les recherches nécessaires et évaluer les performances des différentes options
  • Participer à la mise en plan et aux appels d’offres
  • Planifier, superviser et contrôler les ressources et activités des projets
  • Élaborer et suivre les échéanciers, en respectant les budgets
  • Coordonner les travaux de construction, y compris les réunions de chantier et les inspections
  • Obtenir les permis requis et anticiper les risques potentiels
  • Assurer la santé et la sécurité sur les chantiers
  • Préparer, réviser et interpréter les documents techniques et les évaluations de coûts
  • Gérer les appels d’offres, négocier et attribuer les contrats
  • Rédiger les rapports et mettre à jour les répertoires de fournisseurs, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants

CE QU'ON CHERCHE…

  • Baccalauréat en génie civil ou du bâtiment
  • 5 ans d'expérience reliée à l'emploi
  • Connaissance des codes du bâtiment
  • Connaissance logiciel autoCAD et sketchUP
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie
  • Avoir le souci du détail et être proactif
  • Aptitude pour le travail d'équipe
  • Capacité d'être à l'écoute et de gérer les priorités
  • Maîtriser la Suite Office
  • Très bon français, parlé et écrit et anglais fonctionnel, parlé et écrit
