Nous sommes la Digital & Business Factory du Groupe Accor, le laboratoire d’innovation et de transformation du leader mondial de l’hôtellerie.

Au sein de la Tribe Corporate du domaine Data, le Product Owner crée la vision produit de la feature team corporate & sustainability composée d’une dizaine de personnes, en accord avec la stratégie Data, de la Tribe et des OKR définis.

Il/elle a une bonne connaissance du marché et construit une relation de travail pérenne avec les parties prenantes clés afin de s’assurer que la roadmap corresponde bien aux enjeux métiers et de la Digital & Business Factory.

Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec son Product Manager et sa feature team pour cadrer les sujets qui prennent en compte la valeur métier avérée et les retours utilisateurs. Il/elle écrit les users stories et anime la feature team à travers les cérémonies agiles.

Votre mission:
  • Définir une vision produit ambitieuse et claire, en ligne avec la stratégie business & data.
  • Recueillir et structurer les besoins avec le Product Manager et les retours d’expérience du métier.
  • Animer et maintenir un backlog avec 3 à 4 sprints d’avance.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Tribe lead, les parties prenantes, notamment Finance, Achat, Sustainability, Business Performance et les autres Feature Teams de la Digital Factory.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes à la Data.
  • Planifier et communiquer les releases avec le Tech lead.
  • Sécuriser l’alignement entre le développement du produit et la vision définie du produit.
  • Définir et suivre les KPIs mesurant la performance des incréments livrés.
  • Responsable du monitoring des incidents et des requests en production avec le Tech lead.
  • Challenger les demandes d’évolution du métier.
  • Avoir un langage technico-fonctionnel simple.
Diplôme et expérience:
  • Diplômé en ingénierie, grande école, IT ou Big Data.
  • Avoir 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans les produits/projets avec un fort composant data.
  • Avoir une certification de Product Owner (facultatif mais recommandé).
Langue:

Anglais courant (utilisation quotidienne pour les présentations/communications au siège).

Compétences techniques et métiers:
  • Expertise data:
  • Capacité à faire des analyses de données de premier niveau (SQL, Excel et/ou un outil de BI ex: Tableau).
Expertise agile (méthodologie):
  • Capacité à construire et maintenir une vision long terme et court terme dans le backlog produit.
  • Gérer le backlog produit/planning de release de manière proactive dans JIRA.
  • Avoir de l’expérience dans la facilitation des cérémonies agiles.
  • Jouer le rôle de facilitateur.
Compétences appréciées:
  • Expérience dans l’industrie du tourisme.
  • Usage de Confluence.
