Votre rôle et responsabilités

En tant qu’Analyste des Systemes d’affaires senior – Applications, vous jouerez un rôle central en guidant nos clients dans leur parcours de transformation numérique. Vous montrerez l'exemple en travaillant avec les clients, les partenaires stratégiques et nos équipes internes sur de multiples projets de R&D clients et internes. Vous ferez la promotion de notre leadership en matière d'IA et de solutions de cloud hybride qui font de SIA le partenaire de choix de nos clients en matière d'intégration et de modernisation d'applications.


L’Analyste d’affaires senior – Applications est axé sur le client et sur les résultats, et ses responsabilités incluront :

  • Participer à des mandats de conseil pour aider les clients à réimaginer leurs processus métier en tirant parti de l'IA et des technologies de cloud hybride.
  • Comprendre les exigences des entreprises et veiller à ce que les solutions soient alignées sur celles-ci ; influencer et obtenir l'adhésion des principales parties prenantes ; gérer les attentes et assurer la satisfaction des clients.
  • Assurer la direction des projets (coordonner les activités, les communications et les rapports d'avancement) et veiller à ce que les projets soit mené à bien (dans le respect des délais et du budget).
  • Fournir un soutien prévente à l'équipe de marketing et de vente de SIA (comprendre les besoins des clients, répondre aux appels d'offres, développer des propositions et des plans de projet, élaborer et donner des présentations, animer des ateliers et des PoT / PoC).
  • Participer activement aux médias sociaux et à d'autres opportunités de réseautage pour promouvoir votre marque et notre entreprise (y compris des messages et des articles sur les pages vitrines).


Expertise technique et professionnelle requise

Les candidats idéals possèdent le profil suivant :

  • Méthodes d'ingénierie client, y compris Agile.
  • Analyse des besoins et modélisation/documentation des processus opérationnels.
  • Coordination du projet et établissement de rapports.
  • Maîtrise des outils de productivité et de gestion de projet : Office365, Teams/Webex, Slack, ClickUp
  • Gestion du changement et transfert de compétences.
  • Expérience avec les offres IBM pour l'intégration et la modernisation des applications (Cloud Pak for Integration, Cloud Pak for Applications, WebSphere Application Server, etc.)
  • Familiarité avec les technologies et les déploiements cloud, en particulier Kubernetes et Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Solides capacités de leadership, de communications, d’empathie et un esprit de croissance.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
  • Curiosité (explorateur), créativité et compétences organisationnelles.
  • À l’aise avec les ventes complexes et des cycles de vente longs.


Autres détails

  • Emploi permanent à temps plein en présentiel (bureau au centre-ville de Montréal).
  • Doit être résident de la région de Montréal et avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
  • Doit être disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels au Canada, aux États-Unis et aux Caraïbes – pour des projets client, des conférences et de la formation.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Systems Analyst , you will play a central role in guiding our customers in their digital transformation journeys. You will lead by example by working with customers, strategic partners and our internal teams on multiple customer and internal R&D projects. You will promote our leadership in AI and hybrid cloud solutions that make SIA the application integration & modernization partner of choice for our customers.


The ideal candidate for this position excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and demonstrates a strong combination of technology skills, business knowledge, creativity and leadership abilities. You are able to tackle complex challenges, work with colleagues to design innovative solutions, and guide projects & teams towards customers’ desired business outcomes.


The Senior Business Analyst - Applications is customer-focused and results-driven, with responsibilities that include:

  • Participating in consulting mandates to help clients reimagine their business processes by leveraging AI and hybrid cloud technologies.
  • Understanding business requirements and ensuring solutions are aligned with them; influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders; managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Providing project leadership (coordinating project activities, communications, and progress reporting) and ensuring successful (on time and in budget) project delivery.
  • Providing pre-sales support to SIA's marketing & sales team (understanding customer needs, responding to RFPs, developing proposals & project plans, buiding & delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, and PoT / PoCs).
  • Actively participating in social media and other networking opportunities to promote your brand and our company (including posts and articles on showcase pages).


Technical and professional expertise required

Ideal candidates have the following profile and experience:

  • Client engineering methods including Agile
  • Requirements analysis and business process modeling/documentation
  • Project coordination and reporting
  • Mastery of productivity and project management tools: Office365, Teams/Webex, Slack, ClickUp
  • Change management and skills transfer
  • Experience with IBM offerings for application integration and modernization (Cloud Pak for Integration, Cloud Pak for Applications, WebSphere Application Server, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployments, particularly Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, empathy, and a growth mindset.
  • Curiosity (explorer), creativity and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.

  • Permanent, full-time, face-to-face position (office located in downtown Montreal).
  • Must be a resident of the Montreal area and have authorization to work in Canada.
  • Must be available for occasional travel in Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean - for customer projects, conferences and training.
