Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Forecasting: Develop and implement robust sales and purchasing forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical sales data.
  2. Sales Execution: Secure forecasted sales target achievement through flexibility in response to changing sales and purchasing market dynamics and conditions.
  3. Demand Planning Systematization: Create methodology and system for inventory distribution, advertising and re-pricing strategies between sales channels that align with sales forecasts and business objectives.
  4. Automation: Collaborate closely with IT to develop solutions to improve/automate the demand planning process.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with IT, Operations, Research, and Finance teams for strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
  6. Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
  1. Higher education in Demand Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar.
  2. At least 1-2 year experience in a similar role with direct reports to management.
  3. Experience in e-commerce with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Proven experience with demand and inventory planning.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
  6. Strong technical understanding, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  8. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  9. Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute projects from conception to completion.
  10. English Upper Intermediate (B2).
Nice to Haves:
  1. Familiarity with marketplace platforms, trends, and technologies.
  2. Amazon marketplace experience.
  3. Experience with demand planning software and ERP systems.
  4. Product or process management experience.
  5. Programming skills.
