The ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about hospitality (recommended reading: 'Unreasonable Hospitality' by Will Guidara)
  • Experience with ordering and inventory management
  • Experience with scheduling and payroll
  • Labour and cost of goods control experience
  • Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine considered an asset (WSET is a plus)
  • Serving it Right required
  • Foodsafe Level 1 required
