S.i. Systems valued public sector client is currently seeking a Senior, Secret Cleared, Project Coordinator to maintain and develop the overall master schedule leveraging MS Project for a large pensions project.
Must Have:- Relevant certification in Project, Program, and/or Portfolio Management (ie: PMP, PgMP, PfMP, MSP, MoP, PRINCE 2, etc.)
- Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma (minimum two years in length)
- 5+ years’ experience with MS Project
- 5+ years’ experience with creating Azure DevOps dashboards
- Valid Secret Clearance
- Develop and support project schedules
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures
- Produce appropriate reports and identify scheduling and/or dependency issues
- Conduct and provide critical path analysis
- Assist in schedule co-ordination efforts with internal and external project stakeholders
- Direct and manage the activities to build and maintain software releases
- Assist the stakeholders in the management of ongoing release management activities and processes by arbitrating resource issues, scope, content, and schedule between functional teams for the purpose of optimizing the overall release to meet the objectives of the project
- Involve stakeholders to reach agreement on schedule updates
- Work with the project managers to ensure on an ongoing basis that risks and issues are assessed and managed and that resource conflicts are identified and resolved
- Document any possible deviation that may impact the deployment schedule
- Obtain on a weekly basis report status and issues from the project managers for projects involved in a release
- Review the planning phase deliverables from each project to ensure there is no missing information in order to assure quality execution
- Provide schedule updates
