Our expectations

Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management, the Clerk, Retail and Cost Price Integrity enters modification requests from national buying teams, suppliers, merchandisers, replenishers, and/or stores.

Your role

  • Ensure maintenance and quality of retail and cost price data for active products:
    • Update retail and cost prices periodically or upon request
    • Input special and clearance prices into the system
    • Update cost prices (direct ship and distribution centres)
  • As needed, communicate with merchandisers (and in some cases, suppliers) to validate and/or verify the information provided
  • Ensure the accuracy of information input using available control reports
  • Work with the Product Integrity Management (PIM) team
  • Actively participate in developing the quality requirements and control tools needed to perform the duties of the position
  • Perform any other related tasks

The qualifications we are looking for

  • College degree in administration
  • Familiarity with AS/400 (SIDMA) and MMS (SODA, WinDSS) (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook (an asset)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Methodical approach, organizational skills, efficiency, and autonomy
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Sense of responsibility and service
  • Ability to learn new computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
