Payroll Data Integration Specialist

As a Payroll Data Integration Specialist, you are responsible for entering data accurately and in a timely manner into the payroll system. Your equally responsible for cross-referencing of the data to ensure it is in line with the reality of the event.

Tasks for which you are responsible:

- Entering the data which figures on the timesheets accurately and in a timely manner
- Cross-referencing the data with employee punch clocks

- Investigating and following-up for every discrepancies between timesheets and the punch-clocks - Entering the correction information into the weekly tracking spreadsheet
- Cross-referencing all non-billable keyed-in data with original sheets to ensure accuracy
- Verifying Supervisor & Trainor wages
- Entering all applicable premiums, Per Diems, and Allowances accurately
- Entering sick time in accordance with requests and the employees’ bank of availability
- Entering statutory holidays for all full-time employees
- Verifying the accuracy of overtime paid for each week

- Entering all tardy incidents on the “Late-In” report - Investigating and correcting payroll review requests
- Entering Banked Overtime in accordance with available time in bank
- Populating weekly reports
- Payroll transmission
- Any other connected tasks upon request
