  8. Deliver system updates, enhancements, and best practices to end-users, driving adoption through robust change management and enablement practices.
  9. Lead the team using operational best practices, agile methods, and collaboratively driving HR Technology policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  10. Partner with People stakeholders to deliver new AI driven platforms while adhering to Twilio trust principles and government compliance laws.

Qualifications

Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table

Required:

  1. Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology leadership roles.
  2. Strong knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and other Talent platforms.
  3. Ability to lead a global, matrixed organization.
  4. Experience establishing HR Tech processes and infrastructure in a high-growth organization, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  5. Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, standards development, HR metrics, and reporting, excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive/inductive reasoning, and analytical skills, coupled with significant business and financial acumen.
  6. Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills with the ability to represent the People Team on cross functional projects and make recommendations to key executives.
