Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of web developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support when needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement technical solutions that meet business and client requirements.

  • Oversee code quality, code reviews, and unit testing to ensure high standards of software quality.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and development trends, ensuring the team is leveraging the most effective tools and practices.
  • Lead the implementation of new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize web performance.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain and update existing web applications, ensuring ongoing functionality, security, and performance improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress, ReactJS, and PHP.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Advanced expertise in ReactJS and PHP, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
  • Experience in building responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible websites.
  • Solid understanding of web development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), deployment processes, and code review practices.
  • Familiarity with modern build and deployment tools (e.g., Webpack, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring and growing development teams.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
