About the Role:

Pay Range $35,000 - $48,000

What You'll Do:
  • Perform set-up, calibration and testing, computer assembly, component insertion, and software installation
  • Responsible for product hardware and software configuration work
  • Refurbish product including repack, reimage, dissemble, reassemble, and clean product
  • Test and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, monitor and computer related accessories
  • Assist in developing test specifications from outlined written requirements or procedures, blueprints, drawings and diagrams
  • Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing
  • Prepare technical reports
  • May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized equipment and integration infostructure equipment such as servers
  • Assist with customer sales and technical support when required
  • Provide product specification, product configuration and details of service offerings to both internal associates and TD Synnex customers when required, review SOW (Statement of Work) to verify scope of work
  • Review configuration work quality and report quality specs and performance
  • Assist with bench repair work (repair PC, laptop, tablet & LCD monitor)
  • Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ year related experience
  • Experience with electronics and computer related product and peripheral equipment
  • Assembling computer and configuration of peripheral equipment
  • College/University or equivalent certifications in computer and network related area is required
  • A+ certification is required.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP services, security fundamentals, automation, and programmability
  • Cisco networking Certifications is asset
  • Ability to complete the required technical training certification in order to get authorized as Service/Product test provider
  • Python coding is asset, be able to use Python or similar program language to handle project
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as Microsoft teams, sharepoint, one drive etc
  • Be able to design complex report using Power BI and Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and Google ZTE
  • A working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
  • Understand the distribution business structure and work flow, including integration solution, logistic, relationship with sales/customer etc.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and implement test procedures from written documentation
  • Ability to review test procedures and understand failure analysis
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management system
  • Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
  • Strong communication skill in verbal and writing with customer and internal business partner
  • Meet weight lifting requirement of up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and Be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Aider à développer des spécifications de test à partir des exigences écrites ou des procédures, des plans, des dessins et des schémas
  • Effectuer des retouches sur les assemblages et/ou les systèmes en raison des tests
  • Préparer des rapports techniques
  • Peut aider à la sélection et à la configuration d'équipements spécialisés et d'équipements d'infrastructure d'intégration tels que des serveurs
  • Aider aux ventes et au support technique des clients lorsque nécessaire
  • Fournir des spécifications de produit, des configurations de produit et des détails sur les offres de service aux associés internes et aux clients de TD Synnex lorsque nécessaire, examiner le SOW (Statement of Work) pour vérifier l'étendue des travaux
  • Examiner la qualité du travail de configuration et rapporter les spécifications de qualité et les performances
  • Aider aux travaux de réparation sur banc (réparation de PC, ordinateur portable, tablette et moniteur LCD)
  • Les heures de travail seront du lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 17h00

Ce que nous recherchons :
  • 2+ ans d'expérience pertinente
  • Expérience avec les produits électroniques et informatiques et les équipements périphériques
  • Assemblage d'ordinateurs et configuration d'équipements périphériques
  • Diplôme universitaire ou certifications équivalentes dans le domaine de l'informatique et des réseaux requis
  • Certification A+ requise
  • Connaissance des fondamentaux des réseaux, des services IP, des fondamentaux de la sécurité, de l'automatisation et de la programmabilité
  • Les certifications Cisco en réseau sont un atout
  • Capacité à compléter la certification de formation technique requise pour être autorisé en tant que fournisseur de test de service/produit
  • La programmation en Python est un atout, être capable d'utiliser Python ou un langage de programmation similaire pour gérer des projets
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ainsi que Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
  • Être capable de concevoir des rapports complexes en utilisant Power BI et Excel
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Autopilot et Google ZTE
  • Compréhension pratique des plateformes cloud telles que AWS, Google Cloud ou Azure
