What You Will Do:
  1. Utilize your expertise in drywall construction to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for multi-family construction projects in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area

  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to drywall construction in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
What You Will Bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall estimation, with a focus on multi-family construction projects
  • Proficiency in estimating software preferably On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, as well as familiarity with other industry-standard software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of drywall construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately interpret project plans and specifications
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions
