The successful candidate will be required on a full-time basis for a period commencing on September 3, 2024, and concluding on March 31, 2026., with one (1) optional 1-year extension.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.

Relevant Experience Requirements:


  • A bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • A minimum of 10 years of IM/IT experience. 10 years
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. 8 years
  • Facilitation skills - experience in conducting working sessions for requirements gathering. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience developing and documenting a detailed statement of requirements both functional and non-functional. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within application sub-systems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience defining requirements for internal and public-facing web sites. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience creating test cases, requirements traceability documentation, defining test data requirements, and executing test cases. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience using Agile or similar methodology. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience developing User Stories. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience designing user interfaces for mobile-responsive web applications. 3 years gained in the last 5years
  • Experience using Agile enabling tools such as Scrumworks, Jira, TFS, Azure Dev Ops, etc. 1 year gained in the last 3 years
  • Experience using Quality Centre (HP ALM). 1 year gained in the last 3 years
  • Experience working with a distributed team. 1 year gained in the last 3 years.
  • Experience working within the Public Sector as a Business Analyst. 1 year gained in the last 3 years
  • Experience working within the Data Analytics field. 1 year gained in the last 3 years
