We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Cloud Purchasing team in Montreal, Quebec and who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Work closely with partner business units and vendors to coordinate the procurement process for products required for cloud infrastructure deployments, including the creation of Purchase Orders;
  • Work closely with the Operations and Product teams on verification of product specifications, obtaining of price quotations and required approvals;
  • Confer with vendors, end users and internal departments to evaluate products based on price, quality, support and availability, ensuring that project constraints of budget and schedule are met;
  • Track and monitor purchases from initial order to delivery, updating records and informing internal stakeholders on the status of orders including shipping dates and any anticipated delays;
  • Monitor minimum inventory levels, as appropriate, to ensure inventory remains stocked;
  • Manage all cloud operations SW subscriptions/licenses, ensuring renewals are processed in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Maintain full compliance with internal procedures.

What Sets You Apart:

  • College Diploma (D.E.C or A.E.C.) with at least two years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or similar administrative role;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Strong time-management and priority-setting skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
  • High level of discretion and ability to work independently in a highly collaborative environment that requires frequent communication with other departments & vendors;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve & make decisions;
  • Highly detail oriented;
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain required records, monitor inventory levels and ensure that deliveries are received and allocated correctly.
