  • Provide customers with anunmatched ownership experience at all times
  • Verify quantities received inshipments, notify supervisor of any damage or discrepancies and takeappropriate action
  • Ensure parts are quicklyreceived and expedited to appropriate Parts Advisor
  • Label parts with proper partsnumber prior to binning and place in storage
  • Monitor part number changes andmodify location if necessary
  • Identify and process specialorder shipments and notify appropriate person or department
  • Provide information tocustomers on our product and promote parts sales
  • Maintain supply of wet andcharged batteries, boutique and accessories display
  • Assist internal and externalcustomers at the counter and via telephone
  • Assist with housekeeping ofparts department, stockroom maintenance and replenishment of stock parts
  • Act as a backup for PartsAdvisors
  • Other duties as required byyour manager
