Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  7. Adaptable and a change catalyst.
  8. Available for short-distance travel (QC-ON region).
  9. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
