The client at Teckhorizon is seeking skilled professionals to implement and support the Cisco Secure Workload (CSW) solution as part of the Zero Trust Network Project. CSW ensures workload security through micro-segmentation and policy enforcement across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cisco Secure Workload Implementation

  • Plan, design, implement, and support the CSW infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to Zero Trust principles in security policies and architecture.
  • Perform hands-on implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software.

2. Network Infrastructure Management

  • Maintain IT network infrastructure availability as per GoA Technology Services SLAs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on network performance.
  • Plan and execute software and hardware upgrades or migrations.

3. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

  • Facilitate teamwork and communication with internal teams and supported ministries.
  • Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.

4. Project Leadership

  • Lead or contribute to networking projects, ensuring best practices in design, implementation, and support.
  • Provide expertise to cross-functional IT initiatives.

5. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve network performance and security issues.
  • Identify threats proactively and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications:
  • Certificate of Competence in Zero Trust (CCZT) – Cloud Security Alliance.
  • Experience:
  • 6+ years in Cloud and Hybrid Environment Security.
  • 6+ years in Continuous Monitoring and Threat Detection.
  • 5+ years designing and implementing Zero Trust Architectures.
  • 5+ years developing/documenting Zero Trust best practices.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload.
  • 5+ years in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) deployment.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications:
  • Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years collaborating across technical teams.
  • 5+ years in compliance-heavy environments (e.g., NIST, DoD, PCI-DSS).
  • 8+ years of project documentation and reporting.
  • 8+ years in stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • 8+ years in training and knowledge sharing.
