We are seeking a Manager, Digital Health Partnerships & Platform Strategy to join our client's team. This position will drive the expansion and evolution of our client's Digital Health Platform. This role is critical to our client's strategic direction and growth, with a focus on delivering a seamless, engaging, and results-driven healthcare experience for our client's members. You will lead partnership initiatives, manage key platform integrations, and continuously refine our Digital Health Platform vision.

This is a 12-month contract which requires the talent work on a hybrid basis 3 days per week at our client's office in either Waterloo, or Toronto.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (Individual Contribution – 60%)

  • Lead Health Platform Partnership Initiatives (50%) – Drive strategic digital health partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value-driven integrations.
  • Manage Partner Relationships (10%) – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, facilitating seamless collaboration and service integration.

Collaborative Responsibilities (40%)

  • Strategic Roadmap Planning (20%) – Work with internal stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the digital health partnership strategy.
  • Platform Integration & Development (20%) – Oversee the continuous improvement of our Digital Health Platform, ensuring scalability, user-friendliness, and alignment with business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of new digital health partnerships.
  • Define and implement platform integration initiatives based on business impact and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional platform service strategies.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans across enterprise-wide teams and external partners.
  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities within the health ecosystem.
  • Ensure an exceptional digital customer experience through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product partnerships, platform development, integrations, or similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of platform services, integrations, and architecture with proven experience in scaling solutions.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to present to senior leadership and drive strategic discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is a plus.
  • An MBA or business-oriented education is highly desirable.
  • A background in engineering is preferred.
