Reporting to the Supervisor, Finance Expertise Centre, the Administrator processes and resolves simple requests and issues from internal and external clients requiring assistance with transactions related to financial functions and processes. They record telephone and email requests and contact the appropriate individuals to obtain the information required to respond to requests and issue initial analyses for purchase order processing.

Responsibilities:
  1. The Administrator assists internal clients with all administrative requests. They analyze requests and process them in a timely manner, in compliance with the rules governing each process. They escalate more complex requests to a Senior Analyst.
  2. The Administrator provides support to internal and external customers for Oracle transactions related to Procure-to-Pay administrative functions and processes. They assist and support users when they have issues concerning receipts, invoice processing, hold resolution, etc.
  3. The Administrator records and sorts requests and is the first point of contact for users. They prepare statistic reports related to requests from the Finance Expertise Centre.
Requirements:

A college diploma in administration, finance or procurement, and three to five years of experience in an administration, finance or procurement position.

Competencies:
  1. Excellent customer service, ability to interact and work with others.
  2. Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  3. Attention to detail, thoroughness, rigour and proactivity.
  4. Ability to identify and solve problems and strong organizational and planning skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks, issues and requests from internal customers in a timely manner.
  6. Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  7. Ability to operate various systems and guide and explain processes to users.
  8. Knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
