  • Collaborate closely with our Logistics Coordinator and our Client Experience Coordinator
  • Take charge of onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing offer letters, and coordinating performance evaluations
  • Oversee the coordination of onboarding training
  • Work with our outsourced tech team, ensuring effective IT support through regular weekly touchpoint calls
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of compliance-related documents, including insurance forms, annual reports, and law society memberships
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
