About the job:

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who will be building and managing cloud infrastructures through the utilization of advanced technologies.

What you will be doing:

  • Support in designing and building secure, highly scalable, multi-tier, single/multi-tenant cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, aligning them with the company's business objectives.
  • Support in creating and managing the cloud solution infrastructures with infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform, PowerShell, ARM scripts and automating provisioning and deployment processes with CI/CD solutions such as Azure DevOps.
  • Support in building fully automated CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes and improving the existing ones according to the latest technologies and project requirements.
  • Support in implementing and maintaining robust security practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with industry standards and best practices for VeriPark solutions and projects.
  • Set up basic monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Investigate and resolve basic/medium technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services, assist in providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Advise pre-sales & technical teams on best practice architectures for cloud solutions. This can be a reactive response to a customer's need or request for proposals and includes participating in proof-of-concepts, making solution demonstrations, presentations, and preparing Azure consumption estimates for the proposed cloud solution architectures.
  • Be a part of identifying, building, driving programs and R&D studies to establish new technical practices and learn private or public preview cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate in documenting and sharing designs, technical best practices/insights with internal teams
  • Develop technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with technological trends and competitive insights on cloud and on-prem technologies.
  • There should not be any preventing factor for traveling abroad (0-30%)

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant working and Microsoft Technologies experience
  • Graduate Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
  • Experience in building scalable, multi-tier and data-intense systems.
  • Experience in at least one of the following cloud platforms is required, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent English skills.
