BDO Digital is looking for a highly motivated Senior Solution Sales Specialist to focus on positioning and solutioning our range of Microsoft Security technology and advisory services with enterprise and mid-market clients. This individual will be a key contributor to advancing the growth of our Microsoft associated services revenue within our Cybersecurity practice.
Your responsibilities
Own the Security solution selling needed to meet and exceed the annual targets assigned by BDO Digital’s leadership team
Engage clients in envisioning conversations to drive digital transformation opportunities that leverage Microsoft Security services across cloud security, identity & access, information protection, SIEM & XDR, and AI for cybersecurity
Extend a proficient level of expertise related to all technology and advisory solutions within BDO Digital’s Cybersecurity practice
Manage the complete sales cycle associated with all client opportunities
Collaborate across BDO Digital’s Cybersecurity delivery team, along with other technology practices, specialists, and business development executives within sales cycles
Effectively co-sell alongside the Microsoft Security solutions team and account teams to originate and accelerate opportunities
Leverage relevant Microsoft partner programs to support opportunities where applicable
Your goals and success measures
You meet and exceed sales targets and other supporting metrics in your client segments and industries of focus
You are a trusted advisor to clients and help them shape decisions to adopt Microsoft Security solutions
You understand your clients’ industry use cases, business challenges, and opportunities
You proactively engage directly with clients and the Microsoft team to identify opportunities
You collaborate with peers and influencers in a large professional services firm setting
You embody BDO's core values through all aspects of your work
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
10+ years of proven business development experience selling technology and/or professional services, with track record of consistently exceeding annual targets
Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft’s suite of security services and experience solving customer challenges through solution selling
Strong experience selling into enterprise and mid-market clients across industries
Proven ability to establish client relationships at multiple levels and orchestrate through complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
Existing rapport and previous experience collaborating with the Microsoft team
SC-900, SC-200, AZ-500 certifications preferred
