Our client is looking for a Int. UX Researcher to utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to answer design and/or business questions.


12 month contract; fully remote within BC; 37.5hrs/week


Must Haves

  • 3-5 years experience conducting UX Research, particularly for omnichannel products and services.
  • Experience with standard UX Research methodologies (e.g. interviews, field studies/ethnography, diary studies, task analysis, formative and summative usability tests, A/B testing, surveys, heuristic evaluations, competitive analysis, etc.)
  • Experience creating UX Research artifacts such as journey maps, personas, affinity diagrams, highlight reels, etc.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience


Nice to Haves

  • Possesses an understanding of digital analytics and how it complements UX Research.
  • Ability to develop creative approaches to researching complex UX problems.
