Cella is a leading organization in the digital advertising space, seeking a talented Digital Design Creative Lead to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a critical role in adapting print campaigns into engaging digital formats across multiple platforms.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Design Creative Lead with expertise in motion graphics who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing and executing visually compelling digital ads, adapting print campaigns to digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Uber, StackAdapt, and display banners. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and developing motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to create dynamic and engaging ad content.
  • Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator, to design and edit static and interactive assets.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Handling a high volume of assets with precision, ensuring content accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Proven experience in digital ad design and motion graphics work, preferably across various ad platforms.
  • Technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
  • Brand expertise, having worked within strict brand guidelines to produce consistent and effective designs.
  • Detail-oriented skills, demonstrated ability to manage large campaigns with numerous assets while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptability, comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, familiarity with IAB and other digital advertising industry standards.
  • Collaboration skills, strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with creative teams and stakeholders.
