Description de l'emploi:

Situé dans l’Ouest de l'île de Montréal, à Pointe-Claire, notre usine est à la recherche des d'un Électromécanicien pour joindre notre belle équipe. Une expérience pertinente dans un milieu manufacturier/industriel et dans l'entretien préventif et correctif, la réparation et la modification des équipements est requise. Responsabilités:

Vos responsabilités incluront, sans toutefois se limiter à:

  • Travailler conjointement avec les autres employés du département d’entretien et de production dans l’élaboration, la planification, l’évaluation et la recommandation des tâches correctives et/ou préventives (entretien, inspections, réparations), ainsi que dans l’amélioration et le développement des équipements.
  • Soutenir l’évaluation des matériaux requis et maintenir l’inventaire des pièces de rechange, au besoin.
  • Effectuer divers travaux d’ajustement, d’entretien, de rénovation et de réparation sur les installations, les équipements, les systèmes d’instrumentation et contrôles et le bâtiment avec l’équipement usuel de maintenance.
  • Documenter et déclarer les nouvelles consignes de fonctionnement, les travaux et les modifications effectués par des rapports, listes, etc.
  • Participer à la conception, l’installation, la configuration et la mise en marche des systèmes automatisés et mécaniques.
  • Installer, calibrer et effectuer l’entretien des différents instruments (sonde, contrôleur, etc.).
  • Répondre aux appels d’urgence et aux demandes de dépannages.

Exigences du poste :

  • Avoir un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience comme électromécanicien.
  • Détenir un diplôme en électromécanique (DEP).
  • Avoir la certification RCA (connexion d’appareillage)
  • Posséder des connaissances en contrôle de moteur (variateur de vitesse, automates programmables), en fonctionnement des compresseurs, en concepts hydrauliques, en pneumatique, en mécanique, en électrique et en électromécanique et être capable de les utiliser facilement.
  • Connaitre les automates OMRON et Allen Bradley.
  • Être en mesure de lire, corriger et créer des plans électriques.
  • Être capable de communiquer efficacement avec divers intervenants internes et externes.
  • Être polyvalent, responsable, autonome, organisé
  • Avoir esprit d’équipe et démontrer une bonne capacité pour la résolution des problèmes
  • Avoir une connaissance fonctionnelle des logiciels Word et Excel.
  • Être axé sur l’amélioration et la prévention.
  • Faire preuve de rapidité d’apprentissage.

Job Description:

Located in Montreal West Island, in Pointe-Claire, our factory is looking for an Electromechanic to join our amazing team. Relevant experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment and in preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections is required. Permanent full-time position, unionized. Excellent working conditions, competitive compensation, group insurance plan, pension plan. Free parking available.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work jointly with other employees of the maintenance and production department in the development, planning, evaluation and recommendation of corrective and / or preventive tasks (maintenance, inspections, repairs), as well as in the improvement and equipment development.
  • Support the evaluation of required materials and maintain the inventory of spare parts, as required.
  • Perform various adjustment, maintenance, renovation and repair work on installations, equipment, instrumentation systems and controls and building, with the usual maintenance equipment.
  • Document and declare new operating instructions, work and modifications carried out by reports, lists, etc.
  • Participate in the design, installation, configuration and commissioning of automated and mechanical systems.
  • Install, calibrate and maintain the various instruments (probe, controller, etc.).
  • Respond to emergency calls and service requests.

Job requirements:

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an electromechanic.

  • Hold a diploma in electromechanics (DEP).
  • Have RCA certification (device connection)
  • Possess knowledge of motor control (variable speed drive, programmable logic controllers), compressor operation, hydraulic concepts, pneumatics, mechanics, electrical and electromechanics and be able to use them easily.
  • Know the OMRON and Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • To be able to read, correct and create electrical plans.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be versatile, responsible, autonomous, organized
  • Have a team spirit and demonstrate a good capacity for problem solving
  • Have a working knowledge of Word and Excel software.
  • Focus on improvement and prevention.
  • Demonstrate rapid learning.
