Your job

  • In collaboration with our partners, contribute to the implementation of our target data architecture whilst ensuring the improvement of data quality and documentation
  • Analyze and understand data from authoritative sources
  • Program and operationalize our data exposure and enhancement tools
  • Understand the business issues, support and advise real estate teams in the use and enhancement of data
  • Use visualizations, presentations and reports to make data meaningful and easy to use for all our stakeholders (internal and external) whilst supporting business strategy
  • Through data, find ways to improve and to create value (human, process and/or financial benefits)
  • Be an ambassador for data quality and assume a leadership role in the development and adoption of technologies by team members

Your team

Within the Real Estate Business Strategy sector, you are part of a team of 7 colleagues responsible for transformation, data strategy and business performance. You will report to the Senior Manager in your role, in addition to the employees in the sector, you will work with IT partners, data experts from different areas of the Bank and the Evolution Finance team. Our team is known for its creativity, its openness to change, its multi-disciplinary expertise, the quality of its real estate projects and its desire to make a difference for the Bank and its employees.

Prerequisite

  • Hold a bachelor's, certificate or master's degree in data management, analytics, computer science, statistics or any other similar and relevant field
  • Be "Business Savvy"
  • Have knowledge of data, dashboard designs and visualization
  • Storytelling and influence skills
  • Demonstrate competence in working with data with SQL and PowerBI tools
  • Skills in modeling and statistics
  • Knowledge in analytical tools/languages (Python, R)
