Il s'agit d'une poste dans notre centre de prélèvements LHSC à Montréal, Québec. Ceci est un poste de permanent - temps plein. Responsabilités: Saisie de données des réquisitions médicales Facturer les analyses et remettre les reçus aux patients Répond aux appels de façon courtoise et professionnelle Offrir des services de qualité aux patients et aux médecins selon les standards de GDML Collaborer à promouvoir les services offerts Établir des relations professionnelles avec les patients et tout le personnel médical du centre Donner les renseignements ou instructions aux patients Effectuer les prélèvements nasopharyngés, et/ou sanguin et/ou recevoir les spécimens biologiques et/ou aider le patient à produire un échantillon de gargarisme pour fin d'analyses diverses en respectant les normes en vigueur Préparer les échantillons : centrifuger, décanter, préparer leur envoi au laboratoire principal Maintenir le matériel et l’équipement en bon ordre de fonctionnement Imprimer les rapports administratifs (fin de journée) et compiler les statistiques Vérifier l’inventaire du matériel et préparer une commande hebdomadaire de fournitures Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté de l’endroit en tout temps Exigences: Membre de l’OIIAQ ou équivalent requis Expérience en service à la clientèle (expérience minimale de 6 mois à 1 an) Excellente maîtrise pour la prise de sang Personne autorisé(e) à faire des prélèvements sanguins Connaissances informatiques plus particulièrement de la suite Microsoft Office Atouts: Aptitudes exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle Capacité à créer une expérience positive aux patients Capacité de promouvoir les services de Dynacare ainsi que de développer des relations clients
