On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, Procom is looking for a Data Entry Analyst - MS Excel - STR Input/Processing.

Responsibilities
  • Candidates provided with data in MS Excel format.
  • Responsible for processing the transactional data information into the in-house Web Application called Pega.
  • MS Excel experience at a beginner level, no build, just input data into where it should go.
  • Analyst to support the investigators in completing filing of disclosures.
  • Work is assigned to analyst on a daily basis by Senior Manager via email correspondence.
  • Analyst would be responsible for inputting details of various transactions into the web application used.
Mandatory Skills
  • Education: Minimum of High school.
  • 1-2 years previous Data Entry experience using MS Excel (work with Macros).
  • Able to work with Internal web applications – Pega experience in particular, would be an asset.
  • English - proficient in written and verbal.
  • Work independently / Strong time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience filing STRs preferred.
  • Some understanding of Fintrac would be a major asset.
  • Any previous AML experience an asset.
  • Banking/Finance background an asset.
Assignment Details
  • Start Date: ASAP – 6 months to start.
  • Location: Bedford, NS – Work Hybrid.
