This position is for our Extendicare Southwood Lakes Home, located in Windsor, Ontario.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Establish and implement goals, objectives and policies that follow regulatory requirements and are aligned with the organization’s values.
  2. Promote a positive and safe work environment for staff and residents.
  3. Manage financial and physical resources for the Home.
  4. Liaise and consult with residents, families and the community.
  5. Manage the operations of the facility within budget.

  1. Post-secondary education.
  2. Leadership or supervision experience required.
  3. Active knowledge of Health Standards, Accreditation and resident-centered philosophies are required.
  4. Customer-focused attitude, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.
  5. Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and applicable legislation.
