Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead pivotal technical programs within our Construction Solutions division. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gestionnaire principal chevronné, Gestion des programmes techniques, pour diriger des programmes techniques essentiels au sein de notre division Solutions de construction. Ce poste exige un penseur stratégique doté d'une solide expérience en gestion de programmes et d'un don pour diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles vers le succès.

Responsabilités

  • Leadership stratégique du programme : Diriger la planification et l'exécution de programmes techniques complexes, en les alignant sur nos objectifs commerciaux stratégiques.

  • Développement et gestion d'équipes : Gérer un groupe diversifié de gestionnaires et de collaborateurs individuels, en favorisant une culture de croissance, d'inclusion et de haute performance.

  • Excellence opérationnelle : Diriger les aspects opérationnels du développement des produits, en veillant à ce que la qualité et l'efficacité répondent aux attentes des clients.

  • Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : Collaborer avec la direction générale et les parties prenantes pour définir les objectifs du programme et les produits à livrer qui contribuent à la réalisation des objectifs de l'entreprise.

  • Coordination d'équipes mondiales : Superviser des équipes dispersées dans le monde entier, en promouvant une culture de collaboration et d'inclusion.

Qualifications minimales

  • Formation : Licence ou diplôme supérieur en informatique, ingénierie, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Expérience professionnelle : Au moins 15 ans dans la gestion de programmes techniques dans les secteurs du logiciel ou de la construction, dont 5 ans ou plus dans un rôle de direction et de gestion d'équipes diversifiées.

  • Compétences en matière de leadership : Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de leadership et de communication, avec une capacité avérée à résoudre les conflits et à constituer des équipes performantes.
