Job Title: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)

Job Locations: Mississauga, ON


Our challenge

We are looking for Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) who is proficient in Pega PRPC, Pega frameworks, and integration with external systems having banking/ financial background.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with Pega standards and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to continuously improve the architecture and delivery processes.


Requirements:

You are:

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
  • Certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory. Additional certifications like CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) are preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega frameworks, and integration with external systems. Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
