We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients. This position is in-person at our office in Saint-Henri, Montreal.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct introductory meetings with services and customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.


  • Oversee the artistic direction of every e-commerce delivered, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations and company standards.


  • Collaborate with customers to define and establish clear success objectives tailored to their needs and goals.


  • Work closely with services teams to ensure customer objectives are met, providing regular updates and feedback.


  • Monitor and address churn, working proactively to retain customers and enhance their experience with our services.


  • Ensure every customer adheres to payment schedules and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.


  • Manage and respond to customer complaints and unsatisfaction messages, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
