Our client in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry is looking for a Learning & Development professional to join their team. Title and compensation to be dependent on candidate's experience. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and effectiveness of the learning & development program for the entire organization by leading all initiatives, from planning to design, development, execution and measurement of all learning & development projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead execution of the company's Learning & Development Framework for comprehensive skills and competency development.
  • Assess, design, develop, and measure learning opportunities to achieve performance goals and behavioral changes aligned with the company's values and priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of company's learning & development program, including project oversight.
  • Provide strategic direction for learning solutions and operations, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a strategic learning culture, aligning talent development with business needs and evolving practices.

Desired qualifications/skills:
  • Over 8 years of progressive experience in program management, adult learning design, and leadership development.
  • Prior experience in professional services an asset.
  • Diploma/certificate in business, HR, education or adult learning.
  • Skilled in leading large-scale programs and projects independently, focusing on strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication.
  • Experienced in learning and performance consulting, collaborating with internal clients to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
  • Exceptional in communication and relationship building, with a proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops, focus groups, and training sessions for teams or large groups.
  • Strong technical expertise with analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and implementing effective solutions.
