Sommaire de description du poste : Nous recherchons un·e expert·e en assurance-vie hautement qualifié·e et empathique pour rejoindre notre équipe, spécialisée dans le traitement des réclamations en raison de décès. Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer un processus de réclamation sans faille pour nos clients, en gérant chaque aspect du cycle de vie de la réclamation avec précision et attention.

Tâches fondamentales du poste :

  • Traitement des demandes de réclamation : Valider la couverture, confirmer les bénéficiaires, et examiner et décider des besoins entrants.
  • Engagement des parties prenantes : Correspondre avec les agents, les bénéficiaires et les autres services au sujet des contrats, en facilitant la réception des demandes en suspens.
  • Conformité et précision : Veiller à ce que les transactions soient traitées avec précision et dans les délais jugés appropriés.
  • Détection de la fraude : Signaler toute demande potentiellement frauduleuse, de blanchiment d’argent ou contraire à l’éthique qui a été examinée.
  • Services à la clientèle : Fournir un service à la clientèle hors pair par le biais de lettres ou d’appels téléphoniques en interne ou en externe.
  • Amélioration des processus : Évaluer et cibler en permanence les possibilités d’amélioration des processus qui ont un impact positif sur l’expérience des clients et des membres de l’équipe.
  • Soutien et audits : Apporter un soutien aux audits après réclamation et participer à des projets spéciaux, le cas échéant.

Expérience et qualifications :

  • Éducation : Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires exigé; diplôme de baccalauréat préféré.
  • Expérience : 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance-vie.
  • Compétences :
    • Compétence bilingue en anglais et en français.
    • Aptitude démontrée à apprendre rapidement les systèmes de gestion.
    • Forte compréhension du secteur de l’assurance-vie et des rentes.
    • Connaissance approfondie des différents types de polices et de leur impact sur les demandes de réclamations.
    • Connaissances en comptabilité vivement souhaitées.
    • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication écrite et orale.
    • Capacité à démarrer rapidement et à faire preuve de passion pour tenir ses promesses.

  • Travail à distance : Ce poste est entièrement à distance. Nous fournirons tout l’équipement nécessaire, y compris un ordinateur portable, une station d’accueil, des écrans et un casque.
  • Déplacement : Aucun déplacement n’est nécessaire.
