Day-to-day:

Insight Global is looking for a Operations Recruiter to work on-site with a large client at a supply chain and logistics company In this role you will be responsible for internal talent acquisition for the company’s Operations/Supply Chain department. The individual will be conducting full lifecycle recruiting. They will primarily be recruiting Technology positions.

This will include:

  • Sourcing candidates through various databases/websites
  • Setting up interviews and speaking with hiring managers
  • Implementing efficient recruiter/staffing strategies to generate the best talent
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications

Tâches Quotidiennes :

Insight Global recherche un recruteur opérationnel pour travailler sur site avec un grand client dans une entreprise de chaîne d'approvisionnement et de logistique Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'acquisition de talents internes pour le département des opérations/chaîne d'approvisionnement de l'entreprise. Vous serez chargé de mener des recrutements de cycle complet, principalement pour des postes technologiques.

Cela inclura :

  • Le sourcing de candidats à travers diverses bases de données/sites web
  • L'organisation d'entretiens et la communication avec les gestionnaires d'embauche
  • La mise en œuvre de stratégies efficaces de recrutement/ressources humaines pour attirer les meilleurs talents
  • L'examen des CV des candidats et des candidatures


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
