Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality, exceeding guest expectations
  • Train, support, and supervise the bartending team
  • Develop new cocktail recipes reflecting the establishment’s theme and customer preferences
  • Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar ingredients
  • Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair
  • Foster a positive work environment, contributing to team efforts
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints and maintain product knowledge
  • Manage cash handling and payment transactions
  • Organize and create public events, such as cocktail making classes

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in hospitality or event management (asset)
  • Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and coffee (asset)
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced F&B operation
  • 2-3 years of bartending and mixology experience
  • Hospitality-driven with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to craft beverages and create visually appealing cocktails
  • Effective team leadership and motivation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and results-driven
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
