Gérer l'ensemble des opérations de services d'impression gérée des comptes assignés en garantissant le respect des obligations contractuelles, des revenus éligibles et des objectifs de marge tout en construisant et maintenant des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes des clients. Atteindre l'objectif de satisfaction maximale du client et l'expansion de Konica Minolta pour favoriser une croissance rentable. Le gestionnaire de livraison à la clientèle est responsable de l'ensemble de la relation client et se concentrera sur la prestation d'une grande satisfaction client pour assurer la fidélisation des clients.

  • Gestion globale de l'environnement de sortie du client assigné
  • Aider les équipes de vente à établir et à exécuter un plan de compte stratégique qui aligne les initiatives stratégiques pour accroître la présence de Konica Minolta dans le compte afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente et de générer plus de revenus.
  • Adopter une approche consultative; établir des relations de confiance en tant que conseiller avec les contacts opérationnels et de haut niveau des clients.
  • Identifier des opportunités de revenus incrémentiels pour des solutions supplémentaires de Konica Minolta, y compris des services professionnels, qui dépassent les attentes des clients pour assurer un niveau élevé de fidélité client et maximiser la rétention des clients.
  • Interagir avec des experts Konica Minolta pour anticiper les besoins des clients et faciliter le développement de solutions.
  • Aligner les ressources de Konica Minolta, y compris les ressources de vente et de service, avec la stratégie client qui renforce la relation et la crédibilité de Konica Minolta avec les influenceurs et les décideurs du client.

Manage the total Managed Print Services operations of assigned accounts by driving accountability to ensure contractual obligations, eligible revenue and margin objectives are met while building and sustaining effective relationships with customer’s stakeholders. Achieve goal of maximum client satisfaction and expansion of Konica Minolta to drive profitable revenue growth. The Client Delivery Manager is accountable for the overall client relationship and will focus on delivering high customer satisfaction to ensure client retention.

What you’ll do here

  • Overall management of the assigned customer’s output environment
  • Assist Sales teams to build and execute a strategic account plan that aligns strategic initiatives to grow Konica Minolta presence in the account in order to identify new sales opportunities and generate more business revenue.
  • Use a consultative approach; build trusted advisor working relationships with customer’s operational and senior management contacts.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities for additional Konica Minolta solutions including professional services that exceed customers’ expectations to ensure high-level of customer loyalty and maximizes client retention.
  • Interface with Konica Minolta SME to anticipate client needs and facilitate solution development.
  • Align Konica Minolta resources, including sales and service resources, to the client strategy that strengthens Konica Minolta’s relationship and credibility with client influencers and decision makers.
  • Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge of Konica Minolta’s print fleet management capabilities coupled with a deep understanding of the clients’ business and priorities to maximize a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Execute job functions following standard practices and develops or enhances practices as required by customer and business needs
  • Continuous improvement plan development and new idea thought leadership
  • Achieve a high score in regional customer satisfaction surveys
  • Adhere to and consistently achieve the key success metrics within the Continuous Improvement Plan Process
  • Represent Konica Minolta in line with Corporate values and policies

  • Un diplôme universitaire est un atout ou un minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral et/ou du français (selon la région), la connaissance de plusieurs langues est un atout
  • Expérience avec des équipes multidisciplinaires géographiquement dispersées
  • Expérience antérieure en vente (entreprises, consommateurs, vente directe, télémarketing) est un atout.
  • Solides compétences en communication verbale et présentation
  • Un minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience en opérations commerciales dans un domaine lié aux TI
  • Expérience significative en interaction avec les clients, y compris à divers niveaux de gestion
  • Expérience dans la prestation d'opérations grâce à des solutions technologiques
  • Solide expérience analytique/procédurale avec une expérience pertinente dans la prestation de services professionnels
  • Niveau d'énergie élevé, à l'aise pour mener des projets multifacettes en parallèle avec les activités habituelles
  • Orienté vers les objectifs pour atteindre les cibles grâce à l'auto-motivation, la persévérance et la détermination.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office, Excel, Word et Power Point est requise
  • Capacité à travailler en dehors des heures d'activité commerciale traditionnelles si nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux du client ou de Konica Minolta
  • Un permis de conduire valide, une assurance et l'accès à un véhicule sont requis.

What you bring to the table:

  • University Degree an asset or a minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
  • Fluent in written & spoken English and or French (region dependent), multiple languages is an asset
  • Experience with dealing with multi-disciplined teams that are geographically dispersed
  • Previous sales experience (business to business, business to consumer, inside sales, telemarketing) is an asset.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A minimum of two (2) years business operations experience in an IT related field
  • Significant experience interacting with customers, including various levels of management
  • Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions
  • Strong analytical/procedural background with a relevant experience in delivering professional services
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities
  • Goal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, perseverance and determination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point is required
  • Ability to work outside traditional business hours if required in meeting the business needs of the client or Konica Minolta
  • A valid driver’s license, insurance and access to a vehicle is required.
