The opportunity

Reporting to the Pursuits Center of Excellence Manager, the Bilingual Pursuits Projects Specialist will work on a variety of initiatives to improve the quality of our proposals and our processes, manage resourcing, tools, and channels of communication.

The Bilingual Pursuits Projects Specialist will work closely with the Pursuits Community team and the Offshore Pursuit team to understand internal client needs, plan resources, define scope and timing, manage stakeholders, and identify process improvements to streamline a client-first experience.


What you will do:

Resourcing

  • Monitor Anglophone and Francophone bidder sites daily for new opportunities. Order RFPs and relevant documents. Assist in submitting proposals.
  • Retrieve report of new proposal support requests and allocate regional, Offshore and contractor resources to support the proposal management.

Reporting

  • Create and update Excel and PowerBI reports on proposal activities.

Proposal Debrief and Quals support

  • Provide coordination and support internal teams for the Proposal Debrief program.
  • Provide backup support responding to internal inquiries about the firm’s qualifications for proposal and marketing purposes.

Monthly Pursuit Community call

  • Schedule monthly calls with Pursuit community.
  • Coordinate with presenters.
  • Prepare ppt presentations

Your qualifications:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required. Candidates will be assessed on their writing skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination.

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking and communications skills. Attention to detail and problem solving will be crucial to this role.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Journalism.
