HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager , HRBP, or s imilar role

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases – Workday, ADP

  • Ability to architect strategy while demonstrating strong leadership skills

  • Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian L abor L aw and risk avoidance

  • E xperience with pay equity

  • E xperience with immigration processes

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • 5 + year s relevant experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to influence through strong relationships, data, and wise , unbiased counsel

  • Comfortable being a hands-on team player as well as a thought partner to our managers

  • Passion for designing and delivering creative solutions to everyday problems

  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity well
