This mid-size firm is located in Vancouver and has been practicing architecture and interior design since 1980. Your new role


In this role, you will be overseeing the project planning and coordination of mid to large projects. You will be reporting directly to the principals. You will be working on commercial, light industrial and institutional. The successful candidate will be skilled in project management, capable of working in a leadership role and handling multiple projects at one time. You will be managing the schedule of projects, quality of services and developing and managing internal/external deadlines.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have 10 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist and have experience in project management. You will be proficient and familiar with Revit and Sketchup. The successful candidate will have experience in all phases of design, including, concept development, design development, working drawings and contract administration. You will have experience in project management with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be comfortable managing multiple scope concurrently, high initiative and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum Bachelor of Architecture, or Diploma from in Architectural Technology.
