You’ll be responsible for:

- Mentorship and Example Setting: Setting an example of leadership and ownership, providing mentorship opportunities both within the team and across the organization.
- Project Programme Management: Ensuring site works meet the project delivery programme by creating and managing long, mid, and short-term plans in collaboration with planning colleagues.
- Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Directing the promotion of health, safety, and wellbeing plans and culture onsite, ensuring compliance with HSW standards.
- Technical Advice and Support: Providing expert technical advice and leadership support to the delivery team, fostering a culture of ownership and clear role responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and multiple internal and external stakeholders, implementing strategies and programmes collaboratively.
- Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvements in processes through the application of best practices and lessons learned, promoting transformational change.
- Innovation and Strategy: Converting the client's vision into a deliverable plan, incorporating construction to production (C2P), net zero carbon, and digital and data innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Improving performance from baseline through resource optimization, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating activities, systems, and methodologies.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensuring efficient governance to support project activities, meeting business objectives and legislative compliance obligations.
- Net Zero Carbon Transition: Working collaboratively towards the goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
- Quality and Excellence: Promoting and influencing quality and service excellence in all project interactions, ensuring operations are fiscally and ethically viable.

You’ll need to have:
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the aviation sector.
- Deep construction management expertise.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
You’ll also have:
- Experience working in the aviation infrastructure sector.
- Experience in a director level position.
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent industry qualification or chartership.
