Director of High-Rise / Mixed Use Construction

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a challenging role with a reputable and forward-thinking real estate developer based in the GTA? As the Director of Construction for the High-Rise division, you will be responsible for the successful execution, close-out, and handover of all projects on behalf of the owner.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can bring teams and partnerships together, overseeing construction activities including contract management and risk management from the owner's perspective. You will develop credible relationships with key team members within partners' organizations, such as construction management companies, and provide oversight of their activities from the outset of each project.

Collaboration with the development, leasing, and asset management teams within the company is critical to the success of all projects. Improving and maintaining communication with these teams will be an important function of the Director of Construction.
