WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA and/or extensive Supply Chain Management experience in the context of DEI
  • A strategic leader with demonstrated excellence in leading and managing DEI programs and initiatives; demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
  • In-depth understanding of DEI best practices, concepts, and trends; familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and frameworks related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Awareness of cultural competency and ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
  • Strong management and leadership skills with a high degree of accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to a team approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to lead negotiations with strong ethical standards and a commitment to fairness, equity, and social justice.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present to varying audiences.
