Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with managers on aspects of employee relations.
  2. Support managers in the management, mobilization, and development of their teams, maintaining a good working climate and performance management.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies.
  4. Manage internal employee movements.
  5. Participate in the management of performance and attendance at work.
  6. Participate in and promote the prevention of workplace accidents and develop programs for this purpose.
  7. Ensure the management and monitoring of work accident files. Prepare employee files for internal and external audits.
  8. Ensure compliance with the human resources management philosophy within our head office and implement actions supporting organizational strategies.
  9. Ensure the proper management and administration of working conditions.
  10. Help promote the employee experience.
  11. Produce various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators and analyze them.
Qualification
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in human resources management.
  3. Ease of establishing strong interpersonal relationships.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Efficiency, creativity, and teamwork.
  5. Fluency in English and French, oral and written.
  6. Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and knowledge of management systems, an asset.
