Your Opportunity

Our Mitchell office is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Financial Insights & Reporting team and own the following responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently prepare year-end compilation engagements and tax returns for your clients in a variety of industries
  2. Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  3. Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  4. Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
  5. Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team

Your experience and education

  1. You are pursuing your CPA designation (a strong asset)
  2. You have 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm.
  3. You enjoy working within a variety of client industries and are keen to develop further knowledge in this area.
  4. Have a solid understanding of accounting software (ex. Caseware, TaxPrep)
  5. You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
  6. You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
