What to Expect:

The Service & Sales Supervisor plays an integral part in the overall customer experience strategy and store success by supporting the selling and service operations within Hudson’s Bay.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Service & Sales Supervisor will oversee the department(s) and store performance through direct development of Associates with consistent coaching and mentoring for optimal performance results.

Desired Traits:

People Leadership - Oversees team development, scheduling, and safety compliance, and supports asset protection while ensuring KPI achievement and fostering internal growth through coaching and recruitment efforts.

Customer Champion - Leads and collaborates on customer service initiatives, role modeling selling techniques, resolving customer issues, and executing strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty through innovative activations and events.

Sales Driven - Drives department and store profitability by achieving performance targets, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and asset protection standards. Supports new initiatives, communicates results, and fosters a performance-driven culture for growth opportunities through selling and service.

Visual & Operational Excellence - In collaboration with the Visual & Operations Supervisor, supports the execution of merchandising strategies, manages workload from the back of the house to the selling floor, and collaborates on receipt flow, stockroom management, and vendor relationships.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 3 years of retail experience

  • Proven retail management experience.

  • Comfortability working with various technologies pertaining to an omni-channel environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
