As a Product Manager, you will be part of the evolution and innovation of our products. You will work cross-functionally with sales, account managers, business leads, software engineers, and others to optimize product performance and growth.

What are the challenges you will face in this role?
  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap
  • Analyze product requirements, specify new product features, and manage the product backlog
  • Facilitate prioritization and communication with business stakeholders
  • Contribute to shaping the product based on qualitative and quantitative insights by validating hypotheses with a data-driven approach
  • Define and monitor key business KPIs, taking proactive actions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Work closely with an agile, cross-functional development team to ensure continuous delivery of value
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in product management in the area of e-commerce and payments
  • Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation and change in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile thinking with a good understanding of modern product development and delivery practices
  • Familiarity with agile software development practices and processes (e.g. Scrum or similar)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; German and Italian are a plus
