Dans Le Cadre De Ce Poste Axé Sur La Gestion Des Relations, Les Services-conseils Et L’expansion Des Affaires, Vous Devrez Faire Ce Qui Suit:- Déterminer les objectifs financiers et le style de vie de vos clients, fournir des évaluations exhaustives et bâtir des relations à long terme grâce à une expertise en planification financière, en établissement de relations et en prestation de services continue.
- Réaliser des analyses pertinentes, produire des rapports et tirer des conclusions des résultats obtenus; formuler des recommandations et évaluer l’efficacité des programmes, des politiques et des pratiques de manière continue.
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’équipe et du service en renforçant la qualité du service à la clientèle et en faisant preuve de dévouement.
- Superviser le service et la productivité; évaluer l’efficacité et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de manière continue.
- Connaître les pratiques exemplaires et les procédures et être au courant des nouvelles tendances.
- Acquérir des connaissances spécialisées et les mettre à profit pour offrir du mentorat, de l’aide et de l’orientation.
- Entretenir une culture de gestion et de contrôle du risque soutenue par une appétence au risque harmonieuse.
- Participer pleinement en tant que membre de l’équipe et promouvoir un milieu de travail positif axé sur le service.
- Diplôme de planificateur(-trice) financier(-ière) décerné par l’Institut de planification financière avant la date d’entrée en fonction.
- Réussite du Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM) avant la date d’entrée en fonction.
- Trois à cinq années d’expérience dans le domaine bancaire.
- Accréditation de l’OCRI (ou obtention de l’accréditation dans les 90 jours suivant la date d’entrée en fonction).
- Réussite du Cours relatif au Manuel sur les normes de conduite (MNC) dans les 90 jours suivant la date d’entrée en fonction.
- Réussite du cours Notions essentielles sur la gestion de patrimoine (NEGP) dans les 30 mois suivant l’entrée en fonction.
- Compréhension approfondie du milieu, des concurrents et des enjeux relatifs à l’économie et au marché.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en vue de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome, d’offrir des services d’aide et d’établir des relations.
