Your Mission:

  • Preparing for and managing the company's upcoming IPO
  • Help with M&A
  • Spearhead financial strategies and operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive exponential growth and market expansion
  • Lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and taxation for a cutting-edge platform
  • Oversee strategic financial planning and investor relations in the digital asset space
  • Champion fundraising initiatives and capital management for continued innovation


Who We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance team leadership, with a strong background on Bay Street / Canadian public markets as CFO
  • CA/CPA designation is highly preferred
  • Expert in technical accounting (IFRS/US GAAP) and financial management
  • Proven track record in both private and public companies, preferably in fintech or blockchain
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations
  • Experience with Canadian exchange listings (TSX, TSX-V) and OTC markets
  • Strong background in leading private and public M&A transactions
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire teams and engage stakeholders

  • Knowledge of US markets, including NASDAQ/NYSE cross-listing experience
  • Expertise in tax strategies for innovative financial products

  • Ideally, Toronto-based or willing to relocate
