Duties:
  1. Perform data entry tasks with the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and care.
  2. Enter and update information into changing spreadsheets and databases.

  4. Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  5. Work with confidential and time-sensitive information.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  7. Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible with assigned tasks as they can change quickly.

Experience:
  1. Minimum 2 years recent data entry experience.
  2. Strong data entry skills/keystrokes per hour.
  3. Excellent attention to detail.
  4. Ability to produce a high level of accuracy.
  5. Tech-savvy, familiar with a variety of databases and systems.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  7. High attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
  8. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
  9. Very adaptable in adjusting to changing priorities on a daily basis.
  10. Ability to work with tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  11. Excellent communication skills.

Start Date and Hours:
  1. May 6th – June 14th.
  2. 3 Days of Paid Training and required to pass a test.
  3. Hours: 8:00-4:00, Monday – Friday.
  4. Richmond Location, skytrain accessible.
  5. Pay: $26.00 per hour.
  6. On-site position only - no hybrid.
